Information collected

When you contact me, purchase a product or order an intuitive reading, I may collect information including your name, email address, order details, questions and any relevant context you choose to provide.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical records or unnecessary sensitive personal information through a contact form or intuitive-reading order.

Payment information is processed securely by Squarespace and the connected payment provider. I do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

How information is used

Your information may be used to

:• process and deliver orders; • provide digital downloads or intuitive readings; • respond to messages and provide customer support; • maintain necessary business, tax and transaction records; • protect the website and prevent misuse or fraud; and • send marketing emails only when you have separately chosen to receive them.

The lawful bases relied upon may include performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate business interests and consent where appropriate.

Sharing information

Information may be shared only when necessary with service providers involved in operating the website and fulfilling orders, including Squarespace, payment processors and email providers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Personal information is not sold.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, answer enquiries, maintain required business records and comply with legal obligations. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

TERMS OF SALE

Products and prices

Product descriptions and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Please check your order and email address carefully before purchasing. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued and payment is successfully processed.

Digital books

Digital books are supplied as downloadable files for personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly or commercially reproduced without written permission.

Downloads should be delivered through the website or order email. If a file is missing, faulty or cannot be opened, contact me so I can help or provide a replacement where appropriate.

Intuitive readings

Intuitive readings are personal, no-contact services completed remotely and delivered in writing by email. Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, email address and the number of clear questions included in the purchased reading.

Delivery will be within the timeframe shown on the product page or order confirmation and, unless otherwise agreed, no later than 30 days after purchase.

Readings are offered for spiritual guidance and personal reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health or other professional advice. They do not guarantee a particular prediction, result or outcome. Customers remain responsible for their own choices and actions.

I may decline or refund a request that is unsafe, unlawful, abusive or unsuitable for an intuitive reading.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Digital downloads

UK customers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, this right can end once downloading begins—but only where the customer has expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged that the cancellation right will be lost.

This does not affect your legal rights if digital content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described. Please contact me if there is a problem with your download.

Intuitive readings

You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase before work begins.

If you expressly ask for the reading to begin during the cancellation period and then cancel after work has started, a reasonable amount may be retained for work already completed. Once the service has been fully performed following the required consent and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end.

Completed personalised readings are not normally refundable merely because the guidance was unexpected or did not match a hoped-for outcome. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill or was materially different from its description.

Unless otherwise stated, the books, prayers, writing, images, branding and other original material published through The Natasha Mary Collection are owned by Natasha Mary and protected by copyright.

Content may be enjoyed for personal use but may not be reproduced, republished, sold, altered or distributed without prior written permission.

WEBSITE USE

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate and the website available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not mean that their content is controlled or endorsed by The Natasha Mary Collection.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Northern Ireland.

Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
